1. Service

Feed Booster provides creator-controlled repost automation, campaigns, exclusion rules, feed-health insights and reports through the Fanvue API.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must have authority to connect and manage the Fanvue account used with the service. You are responsible for the content and configuration you choose.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Feed Booster to bypass Fanvue safeguards, permissions, moderation, rate limits or platform rules; interfere with the service; access another person's data; or conduct illegal, abusive or deceptive activity.

4. Creator control

Automation runs according to your settings and safety limits. Dry-run, publication windows, anti-flood protections and exclusions reduce mistakes but do not guarantee reach, revenue or the absence of platform restrictions.

5. Plans and payments

When paid functionality is offered through the Fanvue App Store, payments, upgrades, cancellations and entitlement are handled by Fanvue. Limits displayed in the app form part of the selected plan.

6. Availability

We aim for stability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, especially when Fanvue APIs, hosting providers or internet services are unavailable. Automation may be paused to protect accounts and data integrity.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights in your content. Feed Booster retains rights in its software, interface, documentation and branding.

8. Termination and deletion

You can disconnect or delete data at any time. Access may be suspended for security, abuse, legal or policy reasons.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Feed Booster does not guarantee engagement, revenue or platform outcomes. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain protected.
