Before contacting support

  1. Open History and find the approximate time.
  2. Read the event status and message.
  3. Confirm the Fanvue connection, daily allowance and publication window.
  4. Check Automation health for active warnings.

Include the page, action, approximate time and incident code when available. Never send a password, access token or refresh token.

Security reports

Send private vulnerability reports to [email protected].

Service status

The Status page confirms whether the web application is responding. Fanvue API or hosting incidents may still affect individual runs.
