What does Feed Booster do?
It selects eligible older posts, reposts within your rules, runs campaigns, and records every decision in History.
What does it not do automatically?
It does not create content, guarantee reach or revenue, or understand that an old promotion is no longer relevant when Fanvue provides no expiration. Use Exclusions for those cases.

Getting started
Recommended setup to reduce mistakes at the beginning.
How do I connect my account?
On the home page, choose “Connect with Fanvue” and approve access. If the session expires, reopen the app from Fanvue.
What initial setup is recommended?
Start with simulation enabled, Natural mode, a sensible daily window and a conservative limit. Review seasonal posts under Exclusions.
When should I enable real reposts?
After a few simulations select suitable content and you have confirmed timing, score and exclusions.

How the app chooses an older post.
How does selection work?
The app first removes unavailable, expired, excluded or ineligible posts. It then calculates the score and applies your selected strategy.
Best performance
Prioritizes the highest score among eligible posts.
Lower performance
Prioritizes lower-scoring content while respecting your configured floor.
Recent low engagement
Looks only at the recent window and minimum age you defined, then selects the lowest score in that set.
Is the score official Fanvue data?
No. It is an internal Feed Booster calculation used for comparison. It does not predict reach or revenue.
Timing, humanization and limits
Why planned and executed times may differ.
What is the base schedule?
It is the theoretical time calculated from the interval. Smart Human Timing moves each run around that base without accumulating delay.
Which mode should I use?
Precise adds no variation. Natural is recommended. Very natural widens the variation. Custom lets you enter minutes manually.
What are the five quick profiles?
Conservative, Balanced, Active and Intense use ready-made intervals and lock the field to prevent inconsistent combinations. Custom unlocks the interval from the minimum allowed by your plan. The displayed daily maximum is a safety cap and still shares quota with campaigns.
What is the daily window?
The period in which automation may publish, such as 09:00–23:00. Overnight windows are supported.
Do smart repost and campaigns have separate limits?
No. They share the same daily allowance. When it is exhausted, new runs are deferred or blocked until reset.
Why was a run deferred?
Cooldown, daily allowance, publication window, concurrent-run protection or temporary Fanvue availability may be the reason.
Library, exclusions and expired posts
How to stop unsuitable content from returning to the feed.
What belongs in Exclusions?
Birthdays, Christmas, SFS, ended promotions, old notices and any post that should not return out of context.
Can expired posts be reposted?
Smart repost performs a final validation and blocks posts Fanvue marks as expired or unavailable. Campaigns reject them too.
What if a promotion ended but has no technical expiration?
The app cannot infer that context. Add the post manually to Exclusions.
Do exclusions affect manual campaigns?
Exclusions protect automatic selection. A consciously selected campaign may still be allowed when the post is available and not expired.
Campaigns and reports
For reposting a specific post on its own schedule.
How do I create a campaign?
Open Campaigns, choose a post from the library, set dates, interval, daily window and maximum executions, then review the preview.
Do I need to enable the report?
No. Execution and campaign metrics are generated automatically when the required data is available.
What does the report show?
Completed executions and observed likes/comments growth between snapshots. Growth may also include organic traffic.
When does a tracking link work?
Only when the tracking link is actually present in the publication and a fan clicks it. Merely associating it with the campaign does not create attribution.
Is a tracking link required?
No. Use it only when the post contains a link and you need click, follower, subscriber or attributed-value metrics.
History and automation health
Where to understand what happened and whether cadence is balanced.
How do I read History?
Each event shows local time, source, status, preview, score and result message. When Fanvue provides the data, it also shows original publication, audience, likes, comments, media count, paid/free state and current availability. The technical UUID is not needed for normal use.
How do I export a History report?
Select the period, event and search, apply the filters and choose “Download CSV report”. The page summary and file follow the same filters; each CSV includes up to 10,000 events.
Why can History take a moment to open?
The page loads events and previews. A loading state is shown and results are paginated at 20 per page.
What is Health Score?
An internal 0–100 score based on density, distribution, diversity, repetition, naturalness and safeguards. It is not an official Fanvue score.
Does the projection show exactly what will publish?
It separates requested, valid and effective executions after windows, cooldown, limits and campaigns. It is an estimate, not a guarantee.
Common issues and security
What to check before contacting support.
401 error or expired session
Reopen Feed Booster from inside Fanvue and connect again. Avoid reusing an old browser tab.
The selected post looks wrong
Review strategy, filters, minimum score, recent period, exclusions and expiration status. Run another simulation before enabling real reposts.
The time looks wrong
Confirm the IANA timezone shown for the workspace. Times should be displayed in the configured creator timezone.
Fanvue 502, 503, 504 or timeout
This is a temporary API availability problem. Feed Booster retries reads with short delays and, if Fanvue remains unavailable, schedules a new attempt without consuming quota or advancing the base cadence. An unconfirmed write is not repeated automatically to avoid a duplicate repost.
What should I send support?
Include approximate time, page, action and incident code when available. Never send an access token, refresh token or password.
