1. Data controller
Feed Booster operates this application. Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
2. Data we process
We process the minimum information needed to operate the service: Fanvue account identifiers, display name, handle, avatar URL, OAuth tokens, app subscription entitlement, automation settings, campaigns, excluded posts, repost history, selected post metrics and tracking-link metrics used in campaign reports.
3. Why we process it
Data is used to authenticate the creator, execute requested automation, display reports, enforce plan limits, provide support, protect the service from abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell creator data.
4. OAuth and security
Feed Booster never asks for a Fanvue password. OAuth tokens are confidential, encrypted at rest and used only for approved scopes. The OAuth flow uses PKCE and state to protect authorization. The web session uses secure cookies and never stores the Fanvue password.
5. Retention
Operational data is retained while the account remains connected and as needed to provide the service. Creators can export or permanently delete stored data from Privacy and data.
6. Sharing
Data is shared only with infrastructure providers required to host and operate Feed Booster, under appropriate controls, or where required by law. Fanvue remains responsible for data processed on its platform.
7. International transfers
Where providers process data outside the creator's country, appropriate safeguards should be used, such as recognised contractual clauses and access controls.
8. Creator rights
Depending on applicable law, creators may request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection or deletion. Use the in-app Privacy and data page or the public data-deletion instructions.
9. Changes
Material changes will be communicated through What's new or in-app notices. The version and effective date above identify the current policy.
